Aaron leads the team by providing oversite and guidance on best practices, policies, safety and quality control. His passion for construction and building started at a young age with over 25 years of experience on the ground in industrial, mixed-use, and residential projects and has given him the ability to be adaptable. Aaron approaches each project with the understanding that all issues are solvable through open communication and team collaboration. He has two fantastic kids that play soccer, baseball, and football and a beautiful wife who loves to travel and enjoys family trips.

Avery is a key leadership figure within the company who works well with the team and clients. He consults with owners and developers at the earliest stages of development and talks through preconstruction to generate a foundation with a preliminary schedule that creates a successful job. He obtained his business management degree with an emphasis on leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, OK. Avery has spent 8+ years in similar roles with a keen ability to create long lasting relationships with clients. He enjoys going to sporting events, playing golf and has a beautiful wife who loves to stay active and enjoys traveling to new places.
